Postal Services

 Guests may purchase U.S. postage stamps (from a machine) and deposit mail for the U.S. Postal Service in the locker area near the exit restrooms at Universal Studios Florida. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure a stamp machine can be found in the Trading Company Gift Shop.

First Aid Location

 At Universal Studios Florida, a First Aid Station is located at Family Services, located in between the First Union National Bank and the Studio Audience Center. The main Health Services station is located on Canal Street between the New York Street Set and the San Francisco Street Set, right across from Beetlejuice’s Rock-n-Roll Graveyard RevueTM.

At Islands of Adventure, First Aid is located inside the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. The main Health Services station is in Sinbad's Village within The Lost Continent. Look for the Red Cross across from Oasis Coolers.

Restrooms

 Restroom facilities are located throughout each of the theme parks and Universal Studios CityWalk. All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible facilities. Universal Studios Escape provides diaper-changing areas in both the men's and women's restrooms in the theme parks. A companion restroom is available at Family Services at Universal Studios Florida, located to the left of the First Union National Bank. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, a companion restroom is available at both First Aid locations.

Locker Location

 Lockers are available within each of the parks for guest rental at a nominal fee of $5.00* with family size lockers available at Universal Studios Florida for $8.00*. Guests have unlimited access to these lockers all day.

Additionally, at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, lockers are available at the entrance of the following attractions: Incredible Hulk Coaster, Dueling Dragons Coasters, Jurassic Park River Adventure. There is a nominal fee of $2.00 per hour with a $14.00 per day maximum. The lockers at the Incredible Hulk Coaster and the Dueling Dragons Coasters are free for at least the first 45 minutes (time may vary - check with the individual attractions for specific length of time).
Child/Baby Swap Areas These areas are available at each attraction at each park so parents may take turns watching their child while the other rides. This makes it possible for every guest to enjoy our rides. For further information or instructions, please ask a ride attendant.

Lost Children

 Report missing children to the Guest Services Office or contact any attendant for immediate assistance. We will do everything possible to help you find your lost child as quickly as possible.
Nursing Facilities/Companion Restrooms

Nursing facilities and a companion restroom are available at Family Services, located to the left of the First Union National Bank in Universal Studios Florida and at First Aid in Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Diaper-changing facilities are available at all restrooms.

Strollers & Wheelchairs

 Guests can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles upon entrance to both parks and to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. The rental fees are:
Wheelchairs $7.00* per day
Strollers $8.00* per day
Double Strollers: $14.00* per day
Electronic Convenience Vehicles: $35.00* per day
(with a driver’s license as deposit)

Kennel Boarding

 Guests can board their pets for the day (no overnight boarding) at the Studio Kennel. Located in the parking structure, boarding costs $5.00* per pet per day and is open for one hour past theme park closing (subject to change without notice).

Guests must provide food and return periodically to walk their pet(s). Upon arrival to the parking garage, ask the toll-plaza attendant for directions to the Studio Kennel.

At Universal Studios®, children must be able to sit upright unassisted on all rides. Guests under 40" (1.02 meters) tall may not experience Back To The Future The Ride® and must use the stationary seating at The Funtastic World of Hanna-BarberaTM. Guests must be at least 36" to ride Woody Woodpeckers Nuthouse Coaster and 42" to ride Men In Black: Alien Attack.

Due to the nature of the attractions, expectant mothers are requested to avoid riding Back To the Future The Ride®, Earthquake® – The Big One, Kongfrontation®, Jaws® and use the stationary seating in The Funtastic Word of Hanna-BarberaTM and Terminator 2:3-D Battle Across TimeTM
 

At Islands of AdventureSM children must be able to ride upright unassisted on all rides. Persons under 54" (1.37 meters) may not ride Dueling DragonsSM or The Incredible Hulk-CoasterSM , those under 52" (1.32 meters) may not ride Doctor Doom's Fearfall, those under 42" (1.07 meters) may not ride Popeye and Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges, those under 44" (1.12 meters) may not ride Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls, those under 42" (1.07 meters) may not ride Jurassic Park River AdventureSM and those under 40" (1.02 meters) may not ride Amazing Adventures of Spider-ManSM. Guests must be at least 36" to ride the Flying Unicorn coaster. Pteranadon Flyers is designed for children 36" to 56" tall. Adults over 56" must be accompanied by a child meeting this requirement.
