Busch Entertainment revenue drops
Seaworld, a place where both air & sea collide, a one-of-a-kind whimsical wet experience where guests can get up-close and personal with killer whales, continues to see slower business in the second quarter.
Busch Entertainment Corp's parent company A-B InBev, the world's largest brewer took over Seaworld in 2008. Since then, Busch Gardens theme parks including Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and Seaworld, second-quarter earnings were about $399 million, down from a year ago.
According to the reports reported by the Belgian beer brewery, sales dropped by 4.2% below $416 million operating sales the same time last year.
A-B InBev has goals of gaining $7 billion in divestitures during 2009 while they sold over $3 billion in assets.
