New Resort Kidani Village Disney

One of Animal Kingdoms newest Resorts, Kidani Village is a unique African-themed park filled with wonders and activities for the entire family. As a guest, Kidani Village transports you to the heart of Africa with over 46 acres of wildlife preserve.

From designated balconies, guests can view over 30 species of animals in their natural habitat including Ankola Cattle, Eland, Zebra, Impala, Roan Antelope, Okapi, and Yellow-Backed Duiker all nestled in four tropical savannas.

From a birds-eye view, all the buildings at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas are carefully crafted to create an bigger-than-life African image. Lobby's are shaped into a water buffalo horns, several buildings are fashioned as a native African necklace while villas form the beads, main lobby creates the affect of a centerpiece jewel and garden-walkways appear to be knots in between.

Without exception, the inside of the villas contnue with the same African theme featuring African-inspired architecture from golden-toned furnishings to hand-carved columns, tall floor lamps to colorful flora and fauna. Every piece alludes to a particular aspect of African culture stimulating the imagination about the African way of life.

Various recreational activities are available for guests amidst this African Oasis. Kids can waste hours in the Safari So Good Arcade featuring the latest video games and arcades. Energetic both young and young at heart can immerse themselves in Community Hall offering arts & crafts, television, videogames, foosball tables, and ping-pong.

Cool off in the 4,700 sq ft Samawati Springs Pool featuring a 128-foot water slide, go treasure hunting in the Johari Treasures retainl shop, burn some calories at the Basketball court, Tennis courts or tone-up at the Survival of the Fittest Fitness Center. Kidani Village resturants are second to none offering upscale menus suited for every taste. Serving the African cuisine is the Sanaa resturant that means "work of art" in Swahili. As guests enter the Sana resturant, inviting spacious dining rooms with confortable lounges are amidst an African atmosphere.
