Disney changes it's name

The name that many have come to love as Walt Disney World Co. has changed its name to "Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc." In a recent series of maneuvers, Disney filed with the Division of Coproations to merge it's back-office operations with Disneyland in Anaheim California.

Disney has been trying to adjust for the recent recession by eliminating roughly 1,900 jobs across the country. In recent months, Disney reported a 27% decline in attendance at it's world resorts.
