It's all about the right fit

Rising in the middle of Disney's Magic Kingdom, guests have wondered how a princess might live day by day. In 2008, guests winning door prizes would experienced the opportuinity to indulge in 17-century opulence, Cinderellas storybook motifs, and all the amenities of a 21st century penthouse.

Cinderellas' Royal Suite offered as a sweep stakes prize during the two years of " The Year of a Million Dreams" promotion, will remain open for 2009. As imagineers transported this fairy tale princess into the real world, it captured the imagination of people around the world.

Created originally as an accommodation for Walt's family, guests will discover stained glass, a mosaic floor, concepts for original Cinderella movie by artist Mary Blair, a display case containing a single glass slipper, and a whirlpool tub and a concierge is on standby outside.

After January 1, 09, Millions Dreams will be replaced by "What will you celebrate?" Several ideas have arisen for the room including offer it as a prize in a sweepstakes called "Inside Your Celebration." This promotion will be organized by the Internet travel portal Orbitz.

Disney will continue to evaluate many options until they find the right fit.
