Boy dies on Roger Rabbit Car Ride

Boy trapped under a Disney Ride dies on Monday after 8 years.

It was a typical day 9 years ago when Brandon was ridding the Roger Rabbit Toon Spin at Disneyland. But suddenly a faulty lap bar caused the 13 year boy to fall from the car lacerating him.

The Roger Rabbit Toon Spin dragged him under and caused serious internal injuries resulting in unconsciousness.

Last Sunday, Brandon had expired early in the morning when they found him unresponsive at the Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Although Disney ensured care of Brandon for the rest of his life, it would not assume responsibility for his accident in the settlement.

Brandon probably would be alive today had he not been placed so close to an opening and the car was equipped with bumpers.
