Busch Entertainment Corp. Goes Green

Busch Entertainment Corp. announced that they would be trying various methods to make their parks green this year. The ambitious undertaking will include such steps as introducing biodegradable cutlery and dishware that is made up of vegetable starch and sugar cane, acquiring seafood from sustainable fisheries and the use of hydrogen fueled vehicles.

The initiative is expanding from the parks in Florida to Busch’s parks in Pennsylvania, Virginia, California and Texas. The Busch Entertainment Corp. President Jim Atchison said, “It’s not always the easy way or inexpensive way, but it is the right way.”
