Driven crazy on Mad Tea Party ride?

Last year, Miss Victory Walker was found guilty and convicted of a misdemeanor for beating Aimee Krause on the Mad Tea Party ride. Just a coincidence you think? Sources say that the sentence was reduced from aggravated battery which caries a sentence of 15 years in prison.

Two witnesses both Lori and Darbi 10 of Louisiana, told the jury that they saw Walker continuously pummeling Aimee in the Head at Disney’s MAD Tea Party ride. According to witnesses, Miss Walker clutched Aimee by the ponytail and repeatedly slammed her head against the teacup.

Suffering minor injuries in the accident, two expert witnesses testified that Krause had suffered permanent brain damage from a concussion. Krause claims the injury to her head was cause by someone pulling her by the hair as well as agravated injury to her knees.

The defense team intimated that Krause exaggerated her injuries with the hopes of profiting from a law suit with Disney World. Walkers attorney refuted the claim implying that MRI’s do not reveal evidence of brain damage.
