Disney Mystery Solved
Remember the $110 thousand half built edition near the Contemporary Resort that we’ve been talking about since 2007? New filings to Florida’s Department of Business revealed that “The Kingdom Tower” is indeed time-sharing units, a ninth component to their site.
Apparently, Disney is in no rush to complete the 15 story high rise tower that will be sold 75 units at a time in several phases until 2009. The final phase of this project will complete 281 units and connect directly to the 5th floor to the Contemporary Resort
Most likely the new Tower will be a huge success due to the proximity to Magic Kingdom. Most likely Disney is withholding a formal announcement in avoid hindering sales at Magic Kingdom Villas and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resorts.
