Some things are new for Orlando’s Universal, Sea World and Disney theme parks

Disney
Featured at Disney World are the Living Seas with Nemo and Friends ride at Epcot Center, and finding Nemo’s Musical Show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom one of the newest shows that had some delays earlier in the year. The Nemo Musical Show theme surrounds a comedy club featuring the one-eyed hero of monsters inc. that features some high-tech theme-park tecknology inducing lots of laughter.

This year El Rio Del Tiempo attraction will be replaced by a new ride called Three Caballeros which includes three Disney Characters in a Mexican backdrop.

Year of a Million Dreams is among the largest draws to Disney World where guests can win a magical vacation, including a cruise, a giveaway, a stay at one of the Disney Resorts, or perhaps a night at Cinderella’s castle.

Universal
Now with the unfortunate closure of Back to the Future, Universal has not announced what will be taking its place.

Although no new rides have been announced, Universal is introducing some new entertainment including the premier New York and Las Vegas hit Blue Man Group show. Universal plans on remodeling the old soundstage in preparation for a June release featuring three entertainers with blue faces that bring a high-energy combination of music, special effects and mime.

Sea World
Perhaps the best on the scene for new attractions this year is Elmo and the Bookaneers. A joint venture between education-entertainment and Busch Gardens, this featured attraction includes Elmo and his other Sesame Street Characters find themselves in a plot by pirates that want to steal the Elmo’s books accompanied by singing and dancing.

Sea World is also introducing some new themed rides including a sea life-themed carousel, Shamu rocks, Flying Fiddler and Ocean Commotion.
