The magnetic brake issue is back to haunt Disney

Apparently the magnetic brake issue that came to haunt Disney is back again looking meaner than ever. Most of the entertainment company’s in business today are responsible for brake infringements for their roller coasters.

Currently, Safety Braking systems boasts to be the only company that has an exclusive license from Magnetar Technologies Corp., based in California. If convicted Disney and other companies could be fined millions of dollars.
