I had a bad dream........

I had a bad dream the other night....all the Halloween Horror Nights monsters from the past (Jack the Clown, the Caretaker, the Director, and the Storyteller) were all gathered together around my dinner table. They all had their napkins tucked into their collars and each one of them was pounding the table with their fork and knives in their fists. They were also yelling out something that I couldn't make out right away. It sounded like my name, "sweet-tooth, sweet-tooth, sweet-tooth". And then I realized I couldn't look at them all at once, I had to turn around to see each of them -I was on the dinner table! And they weren't yelling, "sweet-tooth" over and over; they were yelling, "sweet-MEAT, sweet-MEAT, sweet-MEAT!". It was at that point that I woke up in a cold sweat. Right then and there I decided, that if I'm going to Halloween Horror Nights this year, I'm bringing a big group with me.

Last chance to catch the "Imagination Movers" at the Playhouse Disney

If you havn't seen this New-Orleans based music group that has been climbing up the kid's music charts, now is the time to see them. These guys have been hyping up the crowds with their high-energy, interactive rock/hip-hop performances. This week is the last week that the Imagination Movers will be playing at the Playhouse Disney, located inside of the MGM Studios theme park.

going out tonight?

Why not try out Universal's CityWalk? They have a great assortment of restaurants and clubs (and most of those clubs will have a live band playing). A great club to check out there is City Jazz. The design is a throwback to a jazz club in the roaring 20s and the band that plays there, The Herb Williams Band, really likes to mix up the playlist. So, if you are looking for a night on the town, CityWalk is a great place to go. And, as always, if you get your tickets through us you get a discount and little something extra to help you get the night started.

New Disney movie franchise in the works - another ride!

If you thought turning the Walt Disney World theme park ride "Pirates of the Caribbean" was the last time you'd see a ride-turned-movie, guess again.

Apparently, movie executives at Walt Disney are putting plans in place for the "next great franchise based on a ride" - prepare yourself for Jungle Cruise.

Could that just be the nickname for a Tom "Jungle" Cruise movie that runs in the same vein as Indiana Jones? You can certainly expect a thriller movie with lots of gorillas, pirahna, pygmies and a wild riverboat. Hopefully they'll include all the corny jokes that the cast members tell during the ride.

Disney E-Ride nights give some guests a little extra magic

Guests staying "on property" at Walt Disney Resort hotels can purchase an extra wristband called E-Ride nights on certain nights of the week. This allows these guests to stay in the Walt Disney World theme park an extra 3 hours to ride some of the most popular Magic Kingdom rides such as Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain. Short lines with little or no wait times await you with this special pass. Guests might even find characters wandering the park for photo opportunities and autographs and many of the park food stations are open also.

It's a special way to see some of the rides and feel like you have the park all to yourself after hours. Check with your Disney resort hotel about availability.
