Net leased properties can be anything from a Walgreens to a Dollar General Store to a McDonalds or CVS Pharmacy. Net lease opportunities are usually free standing buildings that are leased to the respective tenants for a 10 - 25 year term. They offer the benefits of little or no management responsibilities and the investor receives the rent with very little or many times NO involvement at all, as the tenant pays for most of the expenses and sometimes ALL.
